Last night was the 2nd time I've been to this Crawfish Hideaway (I frequent the Cove location). Crawfish was delicious and last time I was here I didn't see the outdoor seating area, its so pretty! Live music and great atmosphere. I'm sad crawfish season is almost over.
The best crawfish; juicy, cooked perfect and spicy. Fun place for the whole family. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and great service.
We came here in a large group. We were seated pretty quick and had no issues. The service and food was great!
The crawfish here are great with a salty and spicy Cajun seasoning, their homemade ramalaude sauce! Service was great,Kaycie was sweet and fast to keep the tea refilled and beers replaced! Good music and plenty of space with a pool table and wash bin Great visit! Highly recommended
The Crawfish is really good, I like them juicy and spicy. They deliver on great crawfish at both locations I've attended in Dayton and Baytown.
Kenny Cooper was the live entertainment for the evening! Jason Lee performed the night before! Lauren was our server and I absolutely love this girl. They were out of crawfish due to season just ending. So we had the catfish/shrimp combo, snow crab legs cluster, a fried oyster basket, boiled shrimp with seasoned boiled potatoes. The food was good but I was really wanting my crawfish! Pool tables, patios, in door out door seating available, tvs and bar service. So if you are around Dayton Texas go find a place to Hideout eat, drink, live music, play pool and dance.
The food is absolutely delicious, but the service definitely needs improvement. I visited last week and after waiting for 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from our server, we decided to leave. I even asked another waitress if someone could assist us, but she simply said our server was responsible for our table and the one next to us. Meanwhile, other waitresses kept looking our way but didn’t offer to help. It didn’t seem right that none of them could at least take our drink order or bring a menu. Their staff definitely needs better customer service training.
I would highly recommend them. I am picky about crawfish and they are truly the next best thing to home and my husband makes the best! Our amazing waitress Robin was on top of our every need. She was so sweet and great at what she does. We live 1 &1/2 hrs away and have already made plans to come back to see them next weekend.
